I want to make sure that we have high quality shops on our high streets. But recently, I have had reports of a number of shops that encourage anti-social behaviour, trade illegally, let their shops fall into disrepair and create excess litter on the streets.
I am looking for a team of people who care about the quality of our high streets and want to take action. Whether it’s asking shops to redo a tired shop front or researching the owners of vacant and boarded up properties – I am looking for a small team of committed volunteers who want to turn North Finchley High Street in to the welcoming parade it once was.
Volunteers should have good IT skills, writing skills, and a willingness to work in the team for the good of our wider community. Training will be provided.
